So I managed to get out for W7R1 this morning. And you know what I just enjoyed it today. I didn’t bother stressing myself with pace or distance and beating my last run. I had a great playlist to keep me pumped for 25 minutes.
The reality is there is 8 runs left in the plan and that’s plenty of time to worry about distance, pace, pushing, etc.
I introduced pre and post run stretches today and those were good! Will do stretches on all my runs in these final weeks.
Thought I would also share a picture and say hi to all my supporters and motivators on here! So “Hi” 👋👋👋

Not until you have completed the program, after running the 3/30 minute runs of week 9 of C25K and graduated, that will be the time to tell the administrators that you have ran W9R3 and the word GRADUATE will appear next to your username.
Good for you Jao... Time/pace/distance are irrelevant. If you enjoy running you've cracked it. Those that enjoy it, keep doing it! And the more you do it, the better you get.
Great post and lovely pic - so nice to be able to put faces to the names on here! So hi, virtual running buddy, hope the rest of Week 7 is as much fun. I was pleased to leave the walking intervals behind, somewhat to my surprise!
I am going to do my first post graduation run tomorrow and just aim for 30 minutes or so and see how I go. I want to get a bit faster eventually but I'm not in any hurry. I have a 5k booked in for 9 June so I'd like to have a go at running that distance before then.
Thanks so much. I'm half excited and half hmmm, why am I doing this?! But I will be delighted just to get round the course and claim my medal for finishing.
I’m going to miss it too, really going to savour the next 8 runs. And I’m not leaving this community anytime soon, I want to help the newbies and share as much experience with people to enable their journeys. I hope many of us will stick around x
