Hi guys just finished week 2 feeling good about it as we ( I think I'm actually enjoying the run...) So yeah just wanted to say hi and if anyone has any good advice please feel free to offer it to me ☺

That will soon pass. I love how the program can make you feel just by running. It's mentally and physically rewarding but challenging. I'm up to W6R3 tomorrow and I never thought I'd get this far but I have!!

The feeling when I finish is amazing, congrats on getting so far! Can't wait till I can run for 30+ minutes...

It is isn't it. I've kept a little diary since near the start. I know times and distance isn't important but for me it's kept me going. I do run on a treadmill so it's easier for me to keep track but one day I'll be out in the big wide world running like a beetroot.

I've been running on the beach near me tonight was windy and raining quite heavy it was my hardest run yet.but felt great once done!

I'm really blessed where I live lots of runners around here as well all speak when they pass me ...😉

That's brilliant. I know I have a huge respect for runners that I see now I know how hard it is.

Stick to the program it really does work. I'll be starting wk9 on Tuesday and never ever thought it would be possible I'd be running for 30 mins!

Remember slow and steady is the way to go X

:) Welcome.

You will get plenty of advice...!!!! But the main piece of sensibleness will be, from many of us...slow and steady! You will get sick of hearing it. But..it works! :)

Good advice from everyone

I took their advice and it does work! Good luck and enjoy the journey. In a couple of months you will be amazed at what you can do.
