I have a good few stone to lose and a friend introduced me to this. I am a complete novice when it comes to running but am going to give this my all.
Run 1 of week one is today after work.
Just follow the program, take it slow and steady, there's no need to try to break any speed records etc, 60 seconds is 60 seconds whether you jog it or run it.
Don't forget to update everyone on your progress, they are a very helpful bunch on here.

Good luck on your 1st run tonight. You'll be surprised how fab you feel just achieving that, I did. I'm on week 2 and also a novice. I'm finding everyone's posts very motivating. Go for it πβπ»
