So, after a tough W4R1 earlier this week I found W4R2 pretty easy going. Weird! Got up at 5am, chucked my running stuff on and away I went. Feeling really good and looking forward to W5 now

Isn't it amazing when you can actually write the words 'easy going'! I really, really struggled on week 3 and ended up repeating it. Week 4 amazed me as, like you, I found it pretty easy going once I'd convinced myself I could go on. Just finished week 5 R1and am SO amazed that I can actually run for 5 minutes. I just wouldn't have believed it a few weeks ago. Keep on keeping on
