Week 6 run 3 done and dusted!!!

Hi all I completed week 6 run 3 this morning and I am still waiting for someone to tell me it was only a dream. I really cannot believe that I actually ran nonstop for TWENTY FIVE wonderful exhilarating minutes. The weather was perfect sun, warm with a light breeze, nobody about at 7am just me,the birds and the beauty of nature,bliss! I felt so good no shortness of breath,achy knees or hip just a feeling of being so satisfied and proud of myself. So my message to anyone doubting the c25k plan don't, just trust our Laura and believe in yourself to be able to do it because believe me YOU CAN DO IT.OK, it has taken me just over 8 weeks to get to finishing week6 but I don't think it matters how long it takes it's enjoying the journey getting there. To think that 8weeks ago I struggled to run 35secs and now I can run for 20mins so OK I'm not running a marathon (yet)but I can dream for me when I get to running for 30 mins that's my marathon!

So good luck one and all enjoy your running slow and steady. Week7 here I come!!
