... you have to run further to burn off the 120g of Cadbury Caramel you just shoved down your face.
Sorry PippiRuns but it was worth it
Where is the (shame) emoticon?

πmmmm chocolate no shame π
π ? or βΉοΈ ? or how about π
Chocolate comes from a bean, that comes from a plant, hence, vegetable. Caramel is full of sugar which, in high enough concentrations, acts as a preservative, hence, keeps you young. Fact.π
Of course it was dark chocolate?
I didn't know that - please explain, simply!!
No shame, it's a joke at work that I basically spend all day eating snacky snacks particularly chocolate! I run everyday so why not!!!
Yatesco (stern look emoticon)! I am so, so disciplined here, and then you just let me down like that. Repeatedly! What are we going to do about you?
dunno - chocolates would be nice?
Can't even remember what they taste like! 18 months since I last ate anything like that! Hope you enjoyed it!
1x120g Cadbury Caramel = approx 100 cals = approx 20 minutes of running + 1.50 UKP?
I would love to eat that version but unfortunately the calories is more ~550kcals (tesco.com/groceries/product....
WOOPS! you are right! I was looking at the 20gms numbers -- WOW - 550cals - that is roughly 2 miles of running and/or walking. Is it any wonder that people can get so BIG???
Ibencopenhagen prescribes about 60 squats. I reckon that's fair and definitely worth it.βΊπ«
mmm.... chocolate... I have Nutella on my porridge every morning
Yeah, so my 5K paid the calorie toll: healthunlocked.com/couchto5...
You are totally shameless!
I feel so out of this conversation...because I don't like chocolate
I wish I didn't like it.... I feel like that about coffee with all the nice flavours and frothy ones etc. They look good, but, urgh!
Don't like coffee either.. except black! My weakness... bubbly stuff!...!
ooo, I don't mind a bit of that either, but my weakness is chocolate and cake - even better when you combine the two!
Thanks all - squats are on the cards for tomorrow
Your wish is my command oh great squatters :-). healthunlocked.com/couchto5...
I make a peanut butter choccy mug cake, or for a change you can use tahini or a tablespoon of jam. 60 secs in the micro π
I don't routinely snaffle chocs or such like these days but I do keep a bar of very dark choc in the house and treat myself to a square if I feel i've earned it. I think eating chocs and sweets is something we can easily wean ourselves off. They aren't good for our teeth for one thing. I make my own running bars and always have one to hand. A bit or pre-planning saves eating kerrap π
