I've just signed up to the c25k community even though I've just completed w5r2.
I'm really enjoying the program, and have to say it's going much better than I anticipated. The thing is - the music is getting on my nerves. It's awful. Anyone else hate it, and is anyone already compiling their own running soundtrack?

Once you get on to week 7 (or Week 6, run 3, if you want to be pedantic) it's running alll the way, you can then dump the podcasts and use some other method of timing, I use Shealth app on my galaxy phone.
I believe the music of the C25K podcasts is carefully selected to build psychological endurance; if you can resist for the whole 9 weeks, then you're mentally ready to run an ultra-marathon. 😆
By the way, if you are on W5 you haven't heard the worst of it yet... 😝
