After a decent W9R1 I've had some posterior knee pain in my left leg (particularly when bending and straightening my leg) which I thought would ease off after a day or so. It's now my second rest day and this morning I had a lot of trouble putting weight on it when I got up this morning. It does ease off during the day but is not comfortable. Icing it last night didn't seem to do much but I've stretched it a little this morning and it seems a bit looser now so hoping perhaps it's a tightness high in my calf rather than ligaments or cartilage.
I was sooooo excited about graduating this week so am really hoping it will ease towards the end of the week as I've been feeling so proud to be so close to the goal! Plus, I miss the running!

Oh what a pain! If you had trouble putting weight on it then I'd suggest you get it checked out. A few aches and niggles are acceptable but not being able to walk first thing is a no-no even if it does ease during the day. A proper diagnosis will give you peace of mind and your graduation will just be delayed not cancelled.
Thank you, me too! So desperate to get out there again but will try not to get back too soon and make it worse.
Take it steady melly, you are soooo close. Do not end up on the IC with me, not when you can see the graduation badge glinting. If in doubt please wait ๐๐
