Really frustrated that I have not been able to run today, my ankle is playing up and keeps giving way, thought it would be my knees that failed me but it seems to be the ankles that are weak.
Was so tempted to give it a go but decided to rest an extra couple of days - will invest in an ankle support I think the local running shop recommended tape, but not keen as I have to wear skirts for work and it's not attractive at least I can remove the support.
Slight delay but I will persevere and get there π’
