After a very successful trip to the doctors last night I have new asthma & allergy medication which has already made a difference. My ankle feels good and the sun is out.
Can't wait to get back out there tomorrow but will be taking it easy

Have you been out yet?? How did you get on ? I you've not been out yet, take it slowly, look after the ankle but more important ENJOY!!
Thank you, went out for a longish walk yesterday with the other half which was good, I did start to get stiff in the back of the ankle after about 20 mins but that disappeared fairly quickly when I got home.
Going out tonight but will be taking it easy, Week 1 Run 1 but probably every other run to try & build some strength up
