Rain finally stopped so after allowing time for my lunch to settle I set out for my run, did my walk and set off reminding myself slow down. pinged up the first Km at 7 minutes feeling relaxed and tried to maintain that, which I did for the whole run. Nice run, not to fast happy and not exhausted. 1 to go, yay me!!

Just looking back on some of my previous posts. I was stressing about doing week 4, to think I have now done 1 complete 5k distance and a 30 minuter today, trying to slow myself down.
