Well I did it, my last run on week 9 completed this morning. I can't believe I got here but I did! Some how managed to avoid the rain these last couple of months, apart from a little drizzle at the start of May.
My daughter is so impressed with how I have done that she is going to start the programme herself now that she has finished uni and I have promised that I will start out with her from the beginning of week one when I get back from my holiday and she has had time to buy suitable shoes and underwear. It will be nice to have someone to run with although I'm not sure that she will be able to get up early!π

Congratulations on graduating - and really great that you have inspired your daughter to try the programme too. I am still working on my teenage son, who keeps telling me he wants to run more but has yet to but this in to practice!!
Congratulations. It is just the best sense of achievement, isn't it? Personally, am on a hopeless quest to catch up with anyone in my family, but I absolutely do not mind because I just love the fact that ai have proved to myself that I CAN RUN!
