I finished week 5, run 3. Set out thinking I couldn't do it but I did. Quite slow in the end but finished ok, I am so proud of myself. Struggled to run for a minute, not so long back, look at me now .

Well done. You should be very proud of yourself, you've come a long way since week 1 :)

Great Job hkettell savour it and then just think now the biggest mental hurdle is out of the way nothing will stop you!

Well done you!! It's not easy but the sense of achievement is an amazing feeling isn't it? Like you I really struggled and only managed 35secs first time, but now we can run for 20mins unbelievable! I did plan on doing wk6r1 today but had unexpected visitors so willbe doing it tomorrow morning, how about you? This forum is brilliant support we all started with our own reasons for running but we all face similar problems on our running journey and the love and support we get here is uplifting and some of the stories are truly inspirational. Good luck for your next run, take it nice and slowly but most of all begood to yourself and enjoy. Lol C.
