Have been feeling fatigued over recent weeks when I run. Wonder if it's due to hayfever allergy, especially bad with the grass one at the moment. I take the cetirizine tablets but, do they work? Has anyone else got the problem?

Problem with pollen
Certainly could be. The pollen has been terrible here, I know certain routes are worse than others and it really knocks you down. Antihistamines help, but then some of those will affect you as well. Some brands seem better than others.
I suffer badly and use a combination of Loratadine, beconase and eye drops. I can't run outside because of this at the moment as it is tree pollen I am allergic to.
Someone suggested vase line under the nostrils, it catches the pollen. Another thing to try is Forever Living Beer pollen tablets which work a treat for some. Not me though! 😣😢😧
The air quality is really poor at the moment...Beconase is helping my little nose ... I prefer a spray.. morning and night.
Also, I get out mostly, fairly early, which can help, although currently on theses warm and humid mornings, it is not good. Goldfish Bowl on head could work Only joshing!
I am sure there will be loads of advice later :)x
I use a Beconase as well during the season.I was thinking of using it more constantly through out the year because I sneeze a lot, which can be up to a dozen times one after the other, but was warned by my pharmacy not to as the spray can damage the the nasal lining, it's a steroid, and I know someone who's lost the sense of smell due to prolonged use.. so the goldfish bowl sounds good!😂
