Really enjoyed this one. Love a good rainy run.

Feels like i am improving again. This run felt stronger. Ive been doin a little bit cross training on days that i am not running. Another app on my phone that has hiit training. I have been doing the beginners part of Tabata. Didnt know you could fit so many workouts in just 4 mins.

Congratulations on completing week 2 run 2. The summer rain makes it cooler.

I do cross training every day and I've find it really helps me---it seems to stop stiffness.

You are well into the program now--hope you enjoy it.

Glad you had a good run. The cross training sounds interesting, I will look for an app. I have heard good things about hiit for weight loss.
