I seem to remember that when I bought my 'running trainings' that the more you can walk around in those trainers to 'break them in' the better.

Well done glad you found somewhere comfortable to run. I startled some goats today. They really stared at me on the way back. Probably never seen a face as red as mine, it was hot this afternoon which made me even redder. I love your trainers. Put mine to shame.

It feels like no time ago I was on week 1 thinking 'what the hell am I doing', (you silly old sod) and worrying about what other people thought/were going to say. Now I pound the pavement with impunity, if they want to look/snigger/what ever I really don't care. Just keep on runnin'.
