I hate waking up in the morning and not having any motivation for the run... I know once I'm out there with my headphones on I will be fine, but it's the getting my trainers on and getting out there I find most difficult!

I think that's normal...it takes me ages to get out the door...
Mmm - gremlins at work. Try putting your running kit on (including shoes). By the time the gremlins are at their worst you'll be ready to go! Good luck!
Takes a while to get into a routine, where it becomes the normal.
I usually get up in Sat morn, quick cup of coffee then go out for a run, dont even think about it now ☺

Join the club! I woke at 7 this morning to do W8R2 but the gremlins won and I stayed in bed and didn't wake again until 9! Epic fail for me, I'm such a chicken!
