I hate waking up in the morning and not having any motivation for the run... I know once I'm out there with my headphones on I will be fine, but it's the getting my trainers on and getting out there I find most difficult!

I think that's normal...it takes me ages to get out the door...

You just have to just do it. Once you get into the habit of ignoring your slothful side you can do it automatically. You brook no argument with yourself 😊

Give in to it. Resistance is futile ☺

Mmm - gremlins at work. Try putting your running kit on (including shoes). By the time the gremlins are at their worst you'll be ready to go! Good luck!

Takes a while to get into a routine, where it becomes the normal.

I usually get up in Sat morn, quick cup of coffee then go out for a run, dont even think about it now ☺
