Who is Laura?

I have read various posts talking about Laura and her motivational prompts and wonder if I am missing something? Who and what is 'Laura'? All I have is the 5k app and Constance telling me what to do.

Laura is from the NHS C25K podcasts. Most of us think it's the best way to do the programme, and you get the best music lol!

It's the NHS c25k podcast that most of us have downloaded. And she's a real person (I know this thanks to 90ldfinch 's recent post.

Oh the lovely Laura, what a gal. You can see and hear her on the introductory blah-blah on nhs livewell site talking about c25k and strength and Flex podcasts. With the podcasts she tells you precisely what to do and when. You also get to meet the famous Julie if you download the c25k podcasts with Laura 😊

She is the voice of the nhs C25K program , Laura tells you what to do and when to do it and how to, plus and it is a big plus the music too 😉

She is your best friend and your nagging mum at the same time! Her choice of music is dire though 😂
