Who is Laura??

Hey there, I think I am missing something obvious here. I keep hearing about this Laura person and from what I've pieced together I assume she does a podcast. Where can I get this podcast and why does everyone else know who this is but me? lol.

Without Laura how did you get into this malarky? I found her on NHS website C25K - download the pods casts there. I have lost the video clips for the S&F routine. Will go back to NHS site and hopefully find them again.

Laura is the sweetest little running angel you will ever meet weeks 1-4 of C25K. Weeks 5-9, you will want to cuss her out like a sailor. go to the NHS home site and under C25K, there should be a podcast you can download with Laura instructing and encouraging you along the way. Gayle

Thanks for the links. It's funny, I stumbled upon this site accidently by searching for C25K blogs and I was wondering why everyone but me was from the UK. I'm from Canada lol.
