Who is Laura?

I keep reading people saying Laura is a good motivator, or "when Laura said"....  Is that the name of the voice who tells you to begin running etc.?

Yes, Laura is the voice on the podcasts. She is a real person, contributed to this forum in the early days, and has a profile on NHS website. And we love her dearly.
