Yes, Laura is the voice on the podcasts. She is a real person, contributed to this forum in the early days, and has a profile on NHS website. And we love her dearly.
I think that this is the same Laura:

She also does the strength and Flex, and the C25k+ podcasts
C25k podcasts are why we're all here, the home of all things related to this famously successful programme ☺
But bear in mind with the revamped app "One You Couch to 5K" that Laura has now been replaced

Laura is the voice guiding you in the C25K podcasts and in the old version of the NHS C25K app (I'm not sure whether she is in the new version of the app too).
