Hi all. Been steadily going out 3 times a week for a trot.....now accompanied by colleagues and / or my hubby. It's strange and not entirely convinced if I enjoy it better on my own but I am enjoying the motivation and encouragement. Me and my hubby (who has never run before) did 10 miles last week, I would never in a million years thought this would happenπ

That's fab! I would love to run with my husband but he's out with a knee injury at the moment and has been for a loooong time!ππ

I do the programme with my husband - we're lucky that we have just about the same pace so far and can motivate each other π
I truly hope we can carry on after we graduate too - you're a great inspiration!

That's fantastic..... And I prefer running alone but it makes it a nice treat when someone joins me... Especially if it's my gorgeous son π
