I'm on W2R2 and am about to hit my first run in the rain. I am adamant not to miss a scheduled running day otherwise I fear that I will fall off the (health) wagon!

Wish me luck xx

Good luck - but you don't really need luck with such a positive attitude. Go go go! :)

Well done hope the run went well , a great attitude that will see you through ☺

Go Sam! The rains not so bad, it's not too cold now, and it can be refreshing..😊

Most of us love a good rainy run - as long as it not accompanied by a howling wind.

Go for it.

Hopefully it went well. I ran in the rain yesterday and strangely enjoyed it. I think it was because it was a bit cooler. I've had to dry out my trainers on the radiator today though (which meant putting the heating on in June!).

I actually really enjoyed it for that reason! It was much cooler and wasn't sweating so much! :) luckily my trainers didn't get too wet!!
