Aye aye aye man, good grief, flop over dead and drenched. Somebody help me with oxygen and mist. After 19 work outs jogging and running every other day from April 1 thru May 8th , I missed 11+- work outs in 22 days after cutting my foot on May 8th. Today I went back out to do it again. 86° - thought I was gonna die of misery. I'm too old to be 53 and out of shape! Paramedics please.
Back at it after a healing period - still on v... - Couch to 5K

53... To OLD!!! I am 53 next month and I refuse to be old😡 It's the heat that gets you, age has nothing to do with it (at least that's what I am telling myself). Take it slowly and you'll be gliding along like a gazelle in no time.
