Feeling giddy after a good run

Thanks for keeping me inspired guys

Today was my best run so far 3.6 k in 23 mins and also felt good , no changing pace and could breath all the way and enjoy the complete circuit . Think I could prob have kept going a bit longer to 25 -30 mins but had to get back to let my mums carer escape!

I think my training schedule of one of my runs a week being fast intervals is helping . I love your "top tips" and search for them daily .

I'm looking forward to being able to join the park runs . Love everyone's posts

Thanks

Sounds like it's going really well for you and also providing that much needed 'me time' that we all value so much! Good luck!🙂
