It's cold and windy and grey out there, and I really don't want to go for a run.. I want to sit indoors by the fire and read a good book.

But I'm going... Post again later

You'll feel much better sitting by that fire later knowing you've just got back from a great run.

Go on... You know you want to really! You'll feel so much better sitting next to the fire later knowing you went ;-)

Cold? Windy? Grey? What are you waiting for? Those are perfect running conditions in my opinion!! (but then I am a bit strange like that!) Enjoy🏃🏻🙂🏃🏻

I'm like that i find it too hot at 6am now so god knows how i'll cope in the height of the summer.

I do early morning in summer. Once tried evening, but swallowed too many bugs :)

Only Swanage in Dorset but i prefer the cold to being too hot.

I love Dorset - you are very lucky, although it's pretty 'undulating' isn't it?

Yes which i found out last week on 1 of my runs as i went a different route which was too hilly and uneven for me, i usually run up Durlston country park which is a lovely place to run and end up along Swanage beach which is also great with the sun rising.
