Managing to drag myself out now - has taken me 6 hours to get myself out of the house to run

So I have done 4 loads of washing, made breakfast, lunch and dinner, tidied up and bagged some garden rubbish, taken it to the tip, cleaned up in the living room but can’t put my running gear on - until now!

Common and running paths here I come now! 🏃‍♀️

I hope you are now running, report on your run once you come home.

Done! Feeling pleased. Just about managed the 2 x 8 minute runs. Just seen that W5R2 is for 20 mins.

Well done! You got out there and you ran after doing all the other things you needed to get done! Keep remembering how great you feel after you've done your runs and achieved amazing goals! Try going for a run before you do all your daily routine and see how that feels? I find that it gives me even more energy for the rest of the day. Good luck with the next run and don't worry about the 20 minute run. You've followed the programme so far, just take it steady, slow down even more and breath ❤️
