Well, really can't believe that just happened. I ran for 5 minutes - twice! I don't look ahead at the program, so never know what challenge the coming week is going to throw at me.
Was reading a thread about playlists earlier. For me tonight Artic Monkeys' Snap Out Of It started playing at just the right time & kept me going to the end.

Great running. It’s good to not look ahead... if your coach announces a run that seems a big step up, look back at how far you’ve come and relax in to that run.
Well done - you are doing great! Yes, my playlist keeps serving up appropriate tunes when I'm flagging! Or maybe it's my mind creatively fitting lyrics to the situation.
I started week 4 last week and got halted by snow so started again tonight and I was so surprised how well I done with a week off.
I had Britney Spears Stronger (guilty pleasure) on for the last run and at the same time the local running club ran past me and said hello. My motivation shot up to the sky! I wanted to run the cool down home lol
