It was so hard going my body wants to run but my sinus and hay fever is making it very difficult with breathing. Whilst the temperature is in the low 20s I shall run at 1.00pm instead of 11.00am because the air is still chilly hopefully that might help with my sinus but I'm so glad I did and did not stop.

maybe even earlier later in the evening would help? Or although I prefer outside you could maybe use a treadmill in an air conditioned gym when the outside air quality is bad?

Thanks Heavyhorse, yes perhaps earlier or later would be much cooler the pollen probably won't be that bad, air conditioned gym is very bad also for me, I used to have to go on a treadmill well away from the air conditioned areas because my sinus was affected badly.

Have you tried anti allergy nasal spray. It works wonders for me.

Thank you Iannoda,

I may go to my GP and see if he can give me something for my sinus that's the only things that's giving me problem with my running at the moment.

Fantastic, well done. I feel your hay fever pain had to have steroids last week as my eyes swelled so much. New symptom that one-not nice. But as IannodaTruffe advises the nasal spray has helped me the last few days. good luck

Thanks Bamb,

I'll definitely try nasal spray I was thinking about it whilst running, I've used nasal spray before. Hopefully that should do the trick and I can enjoy my runs with Laura.

Doesn't seem to last me all day but you could maybe use it just before you run. Must be the only people hoping for rain😅
