Keeping it steady, felt I could have comfortably kept going at the end of each 3/5 mins.

I’m doing a run every other day rather than running on set days in the week. This means if I keep on track I’ll have completed W9R3 on 23rd December. My local Parkrun has a Christmas Day run so it looks like this is now my target for my first one!

Edit: a typo

That's a great target. 👍🏻 There's no need to use set days, so long as you keep to your rest days you are fine 😊

Congratulations on completing run 2 of week 4, onwards and upwards to run 3.

That would be a lovely Christmas present to yourself graduating on 23rd December 🎄 🎅 and running your first 5K Parkrun on Christmas Day 🤶

Great you're keeping your running at a pace where you're finding it comfortable.

How exciting your first parkrun especially on Christmas day .

Well done you 🤗

Well done AnyUser ...that's something to aim for, always good to have a goal...but even if your graduation doesn't happen before then for some unforeseen reason, you could still take part in the Christmas day run I'm sure!! 👍 And what a brilliant first parkrun that will be

Great progress, well done you 👏.

I don't have set running days either, but I usually run every third day, and somehow I just like a Sunday run too.

I didn't run last Sunday because I ran Saturday. I did go for a walk in the park with my partner. He got fed up with me keep commenting on joggers running style. There was a constant stream of, 'He's doing nicely, keeping his weight under him.' 'She's overstriding'. 'Like her leggings, wonder where she got them.'

I think I'm becoming a running bore 😁
