There seems to be a few people completing W5R3 today and I've just joined them! I feel FABULOUS! A few times I thought about it and it felt a bit tough in the moment but those thoughts lasted seconds and I didn't even need to banish the gremlins as I think I just ran past them and in a couple of seconds they were left standing confused in the distance! I kept my thoughts and focus elsewhere and the running took care of itself!
I will try not let this get to my head as I know people have been saying the next run can bring you back down to reality with a bump. Today has been one of those days where I just couldn't get anything done so now I've achieved something today! Well done to everyone who's completed a run today! Four weeks until graduation!

Good luck for it! If I can do it then you surely can! My tactic was just to start off slowly, once I was in a bit of a rhythm I tried to occupy my mind with other things and it was over before I knew it!
congratulations! The next run often is tough, because we seem to think it will be easy after the 20 min previous run. Don't worry though it is achievable and if you expect it to be tough-ish it'll be fine!
As you know I am one of the other week 5 achievers, it's interesting what everyone is saying about the next run I will bear this in mind. Well done Melly, see you at the finish line!
Fantastic Melly! Everyone's smashing the 20 minutes run - hope I don't let the side down today.
