W4R1 done surprised I've ran for 16 minutes.

I was quite apprehensive about running for 5 minutes none stop but I did it. Was very hard going because I suffer from hayfever with my nose bunged up made it hard work, I'm enjoying the running and taking each run at a time.

Yep just the same, nose running, eyes itchy, fortunately no breathing problems but you still did it and you ran 5 minutes not once but twice!! Onwards!

Thank you Bamb,

Another month I will feel a lot better because my hay fever will be less.

Agree definitely onwards.

Yeah!!!! Well done.

It's a great feeling isn't it?! Knowing that you ran for a whole 5 min stretch twice!!

Thank you Slinkyminky,

I'm still trying to get around running for a whole 5 minutes when Laura mentioned about this run is a bit different and more running I was a bit nervous but I thought no way I'll give it a try I'm glad I did.

For me the 3 mins and 5 mins were real milestones. When I can run for ten mins it will be a real achievement .

I've just finished week 5 run 3 and it was manageable but I think it's downtown the fact that I always repeat a day in every week and this sets me up for the final longest run at the end of the week 👍

Thanks knk,

Same for me with the 3 and 5 minutes, I never thought I would be able to do it. Like you 10 minutes run non stop will be a real achievement. I can't wait but nervous at the same time.

I went out for a repeat run of w5 r 3. On the final 8 min run I decided to run through the cool down ( I also have the map my walk open at the same time so I do my run then continue to walk until I reach 3 miles )

I managed to run through it and it was 13 mins in total .

I'm going to rest in Monday as I ended up going for a 5 mile walk later on in the afternoon too , then will attempt the dreaded week 6 on Tuesday ....

Well done you, I have just completed W4 R2 and it's still amazing me that like you I can run a whole 5 minutes because whilst I do not have hay fever (poor you) I do smoke and running I always felt was way beyond me.

Lets keep up the good work, 5 weeks to graduation!

Thank you Debg,

I've got my W4R2 tomorrow and looking forward to it, yes hay fever is not making it bearable for me but I shan't give up.

Wishing you the best for your W4R3. 5 weeks already for graduation I feel I pray, I make it to the end.

Yes definitely we'll keep up the good work.
