W4 Complete!

I really can't believe I did it!!! I almost whooped with joy and punched the air, although didn't as was alone and realised a few people down the street might think I was mad. Honestly, it was a total game of mind over matter, which I think is 90% of my battle. If the music is good and pumping and I can distract myself, then that seems to get me through it, and reminding myself of how great I will feel after. Bring on W5! I honestly can't imagine how am going to get to run three next week (W5R3), but am all revved up to keep up the good work. And if I have to repeat a run next week to do that, I will get there! Thank you everyone that has been motivating me so far. The support as really made me achieve what I really, really did not think I could. x

I hope this is true - week 5 run 1 was the most difficult yet.....

Take runs 2 and 3 of week 5 especially slowly, once you have completed run 3 you will be very proud of yourself 😊 🏃🏾.
