Yahoo!!!!!! Finished week 9 day 3. It was the worst run I have ever had. My chest felt really uncomfortable, so much so that I took myself off to the doctors, viral infection, if no better next week have to go back. Not going to stop running, back out tomorrow morning, even thought I dreading it. Wish me luck I feel I will need it.

Hardest Run So Far!
well congratulations on graduation😊, but commiserations on the chest infection😩 hope you recover quickly and remember to request your shiny graduation badge!
Worst run? But you finished it all 9 weeks! Congrats!
Well done and congratulations lesley1663 on your graduation, hope you are feeling better soon ☺
Congratulations on your graduation ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ BUT, don't try to run with a chest infection, either bacterial or viral. I know you feel like all your fitness will vanish overnight if you don't keep running (it won't!!), but one of the most important things we have to learn as runners is when not to run. Running now will only drive the infection further down into your lungs making it more difficult to fight off. I speak from very bitter experience. A week resting now will save you several weeks on the IC feeling awful and kicking yourself for not resting sooner. Hope you feel better soon
Fantastic, great feeling isn't it. Careful running when ill though.
Well done, graduate!👏🍾🏆🏃
Congratulations ! Very well done Lesley !
Don't forget to ask for your Graduates Badge, blue pinned posts on the right under the heading " Graduate Badge May 2016 "
I really would take a few days off Lesley if you've got a chest infection. Very wise words from AncientMum
Hope you feel better soon , Put your feet up and bask in that Graduation Glory ! xxx
When I graduated,mi hadn't realised how much the programme had taken out of me, tried overdoing it but legs told me off and I settled into a 3 X 30 minutes a week until I felt OK to do more, if u r poorly a rest for a week may be good for you, see how it goes
