Week 7 the hardest so far!

Hello fellow wannabe runners! I hope you are having a good week! I’ve just completed W7 and it’s been the hardest so far for me! I’ve had to take 2 days in between runs to recover, the middle run was the best one out of the three. Still, week7 is now in the past and let’s focus on the next run!

Great job... it’s a harder week than it appears to be. The runs may have stayed the same, but the weekly load on your legs was rising with each run. Week 8 is similar, but your body is now used to this type of progression. Nice comfortable pace and enjoy closing the plan out.

I finished week 7 supposedly this week, but I just repeated run 3 as I haven’t run solidly for 25 minutes yet. I might be going too fast and it’s very hot out there! But I’m disappointed as it’s the first week I haven’t achieved what I’m supposed to!

Well done! You did it! I remember week 7 being pretty tough. It felt a bit relentless. Two day breaks work well. I pushed it and ran every other day and it was hard.
