About loosing weight

Today I' ve done w7 r1 that in my app is only 20 minutes running with the 5 minutes walking at the beginning and at the end. I am very happy because I lose 4,5 kg from the start. I am following the paleodiet but one day a week I have my pizza as all the italians 🙂. The point is that before I started running, only the diet didn't work a lot! What about you?

  • Well done Paola on your progress through the programme and the weight loss too! I have lost around 7kgs since I started. I follow a vegan diet, which I love.

    I also cannot lose weight with diet alone, I need to exercise alongside the diet and that works well for me.

  • Yes, for me only the diet without a significant weight loss was becoming frustrating. Now I am better with my body and my mood! 🙂

  • Yes, my mood is improved too, the consistent weight loss keeps me motivated too.
