I did W1R2 yesterday morning early despite the lazy bug trying to make me put it off. I don't understand because when I actually get out there I enjoy it in a masochistic kind of way and I'm very pleased with myself when it's done. Last time I did the programme it was the same all the way through; for each run the biggest challenge was the effort to actually get out of the house. Hey ho, I suppose it's character building.

" I enjoy it in a masochistic kind of way". Haha! As long as you get out there it doesn't matter if you enjoy it or not 😉
