I have run for 25 mins non stop!! I had to stop during the last run due to feeling sick so was feeling worried. My other half said repeat it but I thought onwards and upwards and success. Can't say I enjoyed it, enjoying it now it's over. So what I want to know is when is the point you start enjoying it?????

Love that question! I asked myself that many times too. While on the C25K you are increasing run times every week, so even though your fitness is improving, you are doing even more than the previous week so not necessarily feeling it is easier! Mind you, running for that long, you must be feeling pretty good about yourself afterwards, that is brilliant!

Once you graduate, you could make it more enjoyable by continuing to run for 30 minutes and keeping the speed down. Going for a little jog for 30 minutes 😊!

The thing is, will we be satisfied? Or will we try and run further, faster? I run at least 10k once a week now and 2 X 5k and I enjoy most of it! I love the anticipation of running and planning where I am going. My runs are mostly enjoyable, but sometimes even on a 5k part of it, especially the first 10 minutes are not fun. Afterwards, I feel satisfied and pleased with myself so I won't be stopping anytime soon.

Well done, natblonde! You are now officially a runner! I know what you mean about enjoying it now it's over - I'm still at the "slogging through it" stage, bu tI think we just have to persevere and build our endurance. Good luck with W7!
