Completed first run week nine yesterday running along north east coast. Cannot believe I have got this far. Aiming for first park run next Saturday. Just sharing that it can be done I was definitely on the couch!

Congrats on getting to week 9. I love the north east coast---I've happy memories of holidays near Alnwick.
