How do I get started again?

I started the C25K programme in July last year, and completed week 9 a few times, plus a few post C25K podcasts as well, in October/November. But then due to one thing or another I stopped running, and haven't really felt the urge to restart. But I know I should!

So, which week should I start at? Would I have to start from week 1 all over again, or would it be ok to start from a later week?

I'm no expert but I would be tempted to do 1 week 1 then 1 week 2 etc until you find the level which suits you, then carry on from there.

I guess it depends what you're comfortable with, though I'd be tempted to do as plop suggests :-)

Taking the first run of each week until it feels too hard, and then go back to the previous one, sounds like a brilliant strategy.
