Think I'm too busy gritting my teeth to smile. I am happy after my runs though and generally I feel more positive and enthusiastic about life. You keep smiling :)

Doesn't happen to me when running, but around 20 to 30 minutes afterwards, I get a wave of some kind of hormone, which feels fab. Anyone know what that is?

I've been known to giggle at the end of the run. People must wonder about my sanity. :)
