Warm sunny day for parkrun number 4, it was hard work, I felt sweaty, breathing a bit rubbish, legs tired, felt like stopping to walk for a bit on several occasions but I dug deep, kept chugging on and somehow managed to speed up a bit at the end for a sprint(hah!) finish, got a new PB of 31:19! Really pleased with this as this is my fourth 5K since last Saturday and I was feeling it a bit.  Just goes to show you don't have to enjoy a run for it to go well and as soon as I had finished I felt great and looking forward to the next one - glutton for punishment!
