You've done the hardest run of all. Everything after this is a breeze. Honestly !!
Cheers, i believe you
Well thats the hardest steps taken. Very well done.
You sound in a better state than I was at the end of the first run! I was still looking purple after lying down for 30 mins and my other half was seriously considering calling out an ambulance!
Stick with it - you will be amazed at what you can do.
Well done! We've all been there- welcome to the forum! Good luck for the next run.
First steps of a life changing journey... if that's where you choose to take it😀. Welcome and best of luck👍

You got off the couch! Well done and welcome aboard. We're having a blast here🏃🏃🏃
Well, surviving is probably the most important thing in a run and you already nailed that skill... with a start like that, I'd say you are set for greatness!

The first run is the hardest IMO so well done on surviving it and congratulations on making the best decision for your health and well being. And welcome to this addictive crazy world!
Welcome Paul! Stick with it, it's so worthwhile and the programme builds up your running strength gradually, so it really is achievable.
