Frimley 10k road race

Today I ran the Frimley 10k road race and completed it.  In January I started the Couch to 5k app and successfully worked through it.  Now four months later I took part in my first 10k run.  This app worked for me and I am looking forward to continuing running.  Just need to work on running uphill now!

Congratulations Icanrun! I don't think you ever forget your first 5k or 10k run / race - that's a great achievement....👏👏👏. Now where's that 10k graduate badge you've just earn't😊

A little walk or jog tomorrow can surprisingly clear away any aches and stiffness that may pester you x

I started the programme when I was 60 and have just turned 61, so there is plenty of hope for you!
