So many posts, about running in the weird weather at the moment. I am just watching the hail and sleet, whilst waiting for the home-made veggie soup to come to a simmer... just the thing for a lovely Spring day
Celtprof has graduated today in great sunshine, Tilly48 has had a sun- run too, pinklady2499 , has had a glorious run, nippy but sunny, barmybint graduated today too; whilst others have today, braved, sleet, snow, hail and rain! Realfoodieclub posted a weather warning, event post, on Bridge to 10K, too..intended for runners..

The comment at the end of the first article.. is quite sobering..especially at my age!
•If you are running on your own you should carry some form of ID so that you can be identified if anything untoward does happen to you...
So...motto being...
" If you wait for perfect conditions...you will never get anything done." ( Or 'run' in our case)!
