I made it, it almost felt too easy! I had my breakfast just one hour before the run and no burning!!! Can't believe the difference an hour makes. Thank you to all who replied to my posts with helpful hints, especially to ucandothis who had the answer! Again couldn't do it without the support of this forum! I love it!
And I did have a sneaky glass of wine last night as my husband had been away on business the night before so we just went out for tea. Meeting a friend for lunch today and I'm going to tell her all about this wonderful programme and site!

Brilliant! I can't run on anything more than a banana (which I eat immediately before I run with no problems). Even if I eat breakfast and run 4 hours later, I still get heartburn when running. Odd, as I don't ever get it anywhen else!
