Running adventuring to look forward to!

The amazing benefit of having ever increasing run times is that it opens up new places to discover.  I can remember when I first started, it was all very small runs, maybe from one corner of the park to another (and that was more than enough)!  Now I have graduated, there are woods, fields and undiscovered tracks, bridle ways and footpaths to try which opens up a whole new world!  The hard work of every run in the programme is all building to so many possibilities from events to solitary exploring!  Keep going, very soon you will actually enjoy running, believe me!  😀
