I started couch to 5k back in Jan (3 months ago!) and now have just ran my 5th 5K!! I literally can't believe it, back in Jan i struggled the 3 minute runs now I'm completing 5k not feeling too out of breathe. To all of you struggling you so can do it!
Also any slow runners after a running partner in central london/SE, let me know I'm trying to find some people to run with
