I was meant to be running with hubby tonight but he called to say he was stuck at work so I decided just to do the run on my treadmill. I thought this would probably be better for my joints after Saturdays 5k anyway.
I feel like I've lulled my body into a false sense of security ready for W8r1 on Wednesday. Dare I say it felt quite easy even after upping the gradient a notch, may be I am getting good at this running! (As long as there are no hills or even the slightest incline!)
Well back to the road on Wednesday......happy running!
