Most of the time I feel a bit of a fraud............

Not sure 'Old Lady Shuffling' counts as jogging/running, but week 4 started today after week 3 taking longer than expected with the Easter hiatus. Ended up doing 4 runs in week 3 just to make sure it all felt ok to move onto week 4. Have four legged friend back with me so things feel right again. Still, having both feet off the ground for a nanosecond still counts I think even if the pace if slower than a slow thing that's really really slow! x

I've just graduated and I can vouch that 'old lady shuffling' counts, snail plodding counts and any style/ pace that has that nanosecond of both feet in the air... counts!

To hell with the speed or distance, it does become a factor for some but not for all, main thing is you're out there progressing your abilities :)

Well done, keep going :)

Thanks JT24. I graduated over a year ago and then gave up - doh! Won't let that happen a second time.

Hi, SexyBexy - I've just done a 4th W3 run this afternoon, as I didn't have the bottle to go into W4! (That jump from 9 to 16 mins is quite daunting, as another poster has just said.) I also do the old-lady shuffle, so I can relate. (My other classic move is the dog-sh1t fandango as I weave my way around our local park.)
