I've been following the plan religiously, and really enjoying it, and I made it to the end of Week 3 before life managed to step in with the busiest week ever!
So my question is, for people that have taken a week off for whatever reason, when you got back into it, did you move onto the week that would follow next (in my case, I would be starting Week 4) or did you repeat the week before to get back into it again?
Any advice/words of wisdom would be greatly appreciated

Sorry to butt into this thread, but I'm quite new to this forum and I'm intrigued to know what the 'big support knickers' tip is... I think I may need it in my life!
... for those of us women who wobble uncomfortably in places that are not contained by a sports bra. Big firm control cotton (and shedloads of lycra) knickers from M&S.
A week really isn't that long but it is down to confidence. If you managed your last run ok then you are ready for this one 👍 If you are really doubting yourself redo the last one before moving on. I honestly don't think you'll need to though
I had to take a month off before w5 due to sinus/ chest problems and restarted at my previous run with no problems, that was a whopping 4 weeks between weeks 4 and 5 😳
